"We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."

"Great, Owner (Israel Flores) was right on time, on budget and more than competent. I had been waiting 3 weeks for another Valley Fountain contractor to even get a bid out. Flores completed scope of work, quote, Installation within 72 hours !"

"This was our second job with Outdoor Xcapes. 1st one in 2011 with Bret as our Salesman. Went fairly smoother with only a few glitches. This job consisted of a seat wall with small patio, step pads and artificial turf with Steve as our Salesman. Steve was very nice and eager to please during the bidding process. Very responsive to phone calls during the job. However, as the job progressed It was apparent that while it was important to Steve that the job was done correctly there was no give or take on money. At a Home Show an Outdoor Xscapes representative (not Steve) told us that repeat customers would get a discount. Steve would not honor that discount until it was to his advantage. There was a hole in their work schedule and they needed a job to fill it. At that point a discount was offered. The tree we wanted was 20% off, Steve would not give or share the shavings. Didn’t seem like there was any interest in building any relationship for return business or referrals. Crew did a great job including clean-up. Jesse, the foreman, was pleasant to work with. However, he was the only one who spoke English and stayed on the job for only a short time. Any communication had to be done by phone to Steve who would contact Jesse. It was a little cumbersome to communicate. We are very happy with the concrete seat wall and step pads. There were a few hiccups during the process, nothing major. The turf was not acceptable. It had discoloration, lines about every 10” and two visible seams. Megan was our contact for warranty issues. She was very responsive and easy to work with. I had to work directly with the representative for the turf which was Synthetic Grass. It took six weeks but the grass was replaced and installed by Outdoor Xscapes at no cost to us. Adam was in charge of the installation and worked with us to make it right. In hind sight my husband and I were too complacent in going with the same landscaping company. We assumed they would treat us right because we were a return customer. Because of this we didn’t get any other bids and when it became obvious that there was no loyalty to a return customer felt it was too late in the process to start over. It was a mistake. Outdoor Xcapes as a whole, is a good company and gets the job done quickly. Be sure to negotiate payment terms and dollars up front."

"It is a father and son business and they were as prompt as anybody I have ever seen. George is the son and the Demitrius is the father. They would call and inform me if they were going to be delayed and couldn't come at the scheduled time. I always got a return call whenever I called them and left a message. They were extremely accommodating and did very good work. I had things that I didn't even know that they could work on. I would talk about something and they would tell me that they could also do that. Their prices were quite reasonable. It seemed like they were capable of doing anything I needed to have done."

"I love Angie's Deals, so whenever there's something that needs done I use the service. My garage door had been a bit slow so I called in the Renova deal. Lou said he'd be over in 20 minutes. He was here in 17. He set the rollers, and fixed where the original installers had completed the work improperly. He even gave me a new garage door opener that works better than my old one.  He was very personable, polite, and efficient. I'd definitely call them again!!!!!!!!!! Overall - extremely happy with the results and the cost was more than $1.00+ less per foot than closest bid. Several of my neighbors have used them- Would highly recommend.."
