"Finding a stucco contractor was like entering the Twilight Zone. No one calls you back or answers forms completed online. Luckily, a friend recommended Eliot Gutierrez with WallDesign Plastering Eliot arrived to give us a quote on stuccoing our entire house. As he walked the outside, he advised us of a number of minor issues that should be addressed before the process started. We had a couple of drains that required lengthening as the stucco would add an additional half inch. He suggested the outside lights be removed and an extender be added to accommodate the new stucco depth and a new exterior utility door for the garage. He did this on his first visit without a promise of the job. I appreciated his input as it allowed us to address the problems prior to work beginning on the stucco. I was able to reduce my stress because I did not need to hustle to take care of issues in order not to hold up the process. Eliot provided an education on stucco. Who knew there were 2 types - traditional and synthetic. This helped to more clearly decide which type we wanted. He explained everything he was going to do in thorough detail, He really listened to our needs and worked to find ways to accommodate. I was very stressed in choosing a color scheme since it was something I would have to live with for years. I knew I wanted blue and gray but I could not decide on the exact shades of each. Eliot has a keen eye for color and very patiently guided me to the right colors. The quality of workmanship is top rate. He completed the stucco upgrade about 2 months ago and I have not found any issues, not even small issues. Because of Eliot and his crew, I love my â new-to-meâ house. "Dustin and Troy came to our new house in Weiser to inspect our roof and talk about its condition and what we might do or not do. They showed up on time, which made me happy. They seemed to be polite and energetic young men. They explained what they were going to do and then they did it. After inspecting the roof, they came inside crawl through the attic taking pictures. They told us what they found and what we needed to do if we want toâ no pressure, no gimmicks, and so far no problems. We decided to replace the roof, so Dustin took us through the whole process of what, when, how much, and did it with a smile! Troy was there to keep Dustin in line and make sure he got it right. Both men were pleasant to work with, and fun to talk to. They seemed to know their business, and as I have been in construction most of my life, I was happy."

"My experience with True Built was refreshing. We hired them to do a complete replacement of our tile roof. Weston was polite, friendly and clearly knows his business. He even came out a second time after we received the estimate to answer the additional questions we had. Communication was great. We had a couple of rain delays but Weston kept in touch to let us know what was going on and when his crew would be out. Once the work started, they knocked out the whole job. No disappearing for a few days and then showing up again. The crew was polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. The roof looks great and Weston was great about doing the little things the way I wanted them done. Their estimate was also the lowest of the 3 we received. If this is your first time replacing a tile roof (like it was for us), we did learn a couple of things: 1. If you want the multi-colored tile, you might want to pick tiles which have the 3 tone variation within each individual tile. We picked the kind where each tile is a slightly different shade which means you could end up with clusters of the same color in areas. Weston was great about this though, after the job was finished he sent his guys out 2 more times to move tiles around to make the colors more evenly distributed. 2. Talk to your roofer about what will need to be painted after the work is done and factor that into your budget or be prepared to paint it yourself. We didn’t realize there would be a small piece of trim added that would need to be painted. After getting a really high estimate from a painter, we ended up doing it ourselves and just repainted all the trim to match the new bird stop. It looks great but it was a lot of work on a 2 story house. Overall the experience with True Built was wonderful and I already recommended them to all my neighbors. I wish all jobs with contractors went that smoothly! I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Got job done fast. Within time frame I asked. They moved things and took down all nails from holiday lights and even some extra things they did at our request. This was great as we didn’t have to do any prep. They moved rocks and furniture away and put most things back in place. The finished job was done with the right colors and paint looked like quality paint. They responded quickly snd communicated. Friendly. No issues so far so good."

We had a small leak in the roof and had a little bit of water damage on our ceiling drywall. They were informative on what they were going to do and made it look like nothing ever happened. Even with the texture, looks like it did before the leak. I would recommend and will most likely hire again for future jobs.
