"I contacted them and described the job that I needed a bid on. We have a 600 square foot office with 3 rooms. We agreed on the price and time of service. He and I both arrived 15 minutes early and inspected the area to be painted. He noticed a  drywall crack and said he would make the repair and no extra charge. I left and came back late that afternoon to pay him. He had needed to apply 3 coats of paint as we were using a much lighter color than what was used before. The office looked terrific, I did not see any evidence of the wall crack that had previously existed. I asked him how much extra that would cost and he replied that he would honor his original bid. "Got job done fast. Within time frame I asked. They moved things and took down all nails from holiday lights and even some extra things they did at our request. This was great as we didn’t have to do any prep. They moved rocks and furniture away and put most things back in place. "It went great! We had to reschedule a few times but when they showed up they were very professional and happy to do the job. We had a small leak in the roof and had a little bit of water damage on our ceiling drywall. They were informative on what they were going to do and made it look like nothing ever happened. Even with the texture, looks like it did before the leak. I would recommend and will most likely hire again for future jobs. "I never thought that I would live through a "popcorn removal" service while living in a fully furnished home, but when I had Kent, the owner of Beehive, out for an estimate, he assured me that it can be done with no mess, and he took the time to explain the process to me, using an illustrated booklet.  I decided to proceed and Kent and his crew arrived promptly on day one for a 7 AM start. The home is meticulously covered in plastic (which took 2 and a half hours for my 1200 sq ft home) so that befote the popcorn comes down you cannot see any of your furniture, windows, doors or floors. Then the popcorn ceiling comes down and repairs to any cracks are made before the new ceiling texture is applied.  The crew then cleans up and the ceiling is left to dry.  Two days later, the crew returns, the plastic is put up again, and the ceiling is sanded, and painted. If I knew that this process could be done with such little mess, I would've had it done years ago! But not  all companies have this same technique so don't expect this if you book someone else!
