Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing. There were some delays in communication on occasion but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was great to work with."

"This is a picture of only part of the job. These floors were very water damaged and golden/honey oak. 2 young guys sanded, repaired and stained. The floors are incredible! Many other jobs needed to be done. The entire Apex crew did exceptional work! We continued to add jobs as they went and they stayed very patient with each request we made. The communication was exceptional. Emails and texting communication was almost everyday. We were informed of every detail of the jobs and made aware of anything new etc.. these guys went above and beyond to get it all done. "I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. "They Purchased to many materials, and did not give me a receipts to return them to store. I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

"He originally came out for a minor "roof tune-up", but let me know that our roof was installed improperly a few years ago (different company), which is why all the shingles are falling off, and that we would definitely need more than a tune-up. He gave me a great estimate on replacing our roof as well as a big balcony we have. While he was here, he replaced all the shingles that had fallen off, and repaired some problem areas that he was concerned might leak soon. He was then nice enough to take the time to teach me how I could repair shingles that have fallen off until we are ready to get the entire roof replaced. He did all of this, free of charge!!!
I must have had extremely bad luck with contractors in the past, because I usually walk away feeling cheated. But this was by far my best experience with any contractor ever, and it left me feeling satisfied that someone was friendly, passionate about their job, knew what he was doing, and that he was absolutely fair with the estimates he gave me.  I also still cannot believe he took the time to teach me what he did! This experience was extremely pleasant, informative, and did I mention, he didn't even charge me for the many things he did! I highly recommend JPR as I will be using them for everything in the future!

"Roofing Service Specialist LLC did a great job for us. Bill Scott the owner came out personally to talk to me about possible solutions for replacing the down spout. I had called five different companies and all but Roofing Service Specialist LLC treated me as if my job was too small for them to even bother with or quoted me and obscene minimum of 350.00 for the job.  Mr. Scott came up with a solution that allowed us to re-use the existing down spout and cost us less than half of what the other companies wanted to charge. He was friendly and honest and made me feel like he cared about my job, even though it was small. I will use Roofing Service Specialist LLC in the future and would recommend them to anyone. I've already recommended them to my brother and his wife.
