Owner Dan Dugan did a very thorough job of evaluating our current configuration as well as taking measurements in each room of the house before going over each option we would have. His job quote was slightly higher than our other estimate when comparing applies to apples. However, we decided to go with Dugan Air due to the experience we had with Dan during this process. And it wasn't like we had a bad experience with the other company.

Prior to installation Dan answered several questions and made sure I understood what would happen during the installation from beginning to end.
