Our house is older and they made sure it was fixed appropriately. Dave, the owner communicated at each step and kept us informed and updated. Two of the employees were especially professional and skilled, Chad and John. We did this big remodel because we both just retired. We could not be more pleased as we plan on staying here. Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. Josh said and did what he was going to do even though I was skeptical from what other roofers were bad mouthing about AJ Roofing! The company replaced all rotten wood, upgraded ice & water felt and put in Pro-Architecural shingles. The company also re-roofed my garage, replacing the entire rotted out boards underneath the shingles! Truly remarkable transformation in two days time and before the weather changed! "I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. "Jim Spears crew came on site, materials on board two seperate vans, on Time, as scheduled.
The first day -- install the metal lath, and started putting on the first layer.
They put in a good hard day's work !  ( Note : This day, and every day there after, my place was cleaned up at day's end !! Very Pro !! ) 
Day 2 - finished up the scratch coat, started prepping the chimney. Started the 2nd coat, followed by the Texture coat on the top peak side of the wall.
Day 3 - Finished 2nd coat, Almost got main wall completed with Finish Texture. --- Scratch coat Chimney for blend.
Day 4 - Finish Texture, Finish Chimney ( actually 1/2 day ! )
Finished for me to Paint !!
