We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. He was spot on in his estimate on painting the 1/2 bath, family, kitchen, living room and 2nd floor hall.. he also removed and layer down a new ceramic kitchen floor...he created a shelf my wife wanted ans installed a new medicine cabinet in the 1/2 bath plus a few extra things.. he was on time every day and cleaned up prior to leaving....I am planning on another job from him in the spring..."
