"I really appreciated the services of the premier handyman. Charlie and Thomas were my handymen. They arrived every day around 8am and worked until 4pm. They installed a new fascia board and rehung gutter. Installed a solid wood set of 10 steps leading off the back deck, installed a new window (36” x 48”) in upstairs loft, extra spindles were placed between large gapes in already existing handrail, changes some bulbs in ceiling fan and replaced a sink faucet, added a pressure relief valve to water tank and nailed in cross bars in joists I’m crawl space. Job took 3 days and both men worked well doing quality work. I really appreciated their services, communication and professionalism. They were both kind and attentive to our needs. I would recommend them and will be using them for future work."

"Karl and Curtis installed front door and did great job with installation with only 1/8 inch allowance to work with and in a short period of time. No daylight showing anywhere around door after installation. Dave and Scottie did 22 windows on two levels, showed up every day when they said and did a good job with installation and repairing damage done by squirrels to wooden window sills. Both crews cleaned up their debris daily and removed all old windows and door. They were very personable and easy to work with. Both crews worked in 90+ degree heat and 90+ % humidity without a lot of breaks. They were very alert about weather conditions and planned their project so that no windows nor the door were removed during rain. Windows were ordered in Feb. and we were told there was a 3-4 month delay in delivery due to supply issues with manufacturer. They updated in June that Aug was the estimated delivery date but then when they came in July, we were called on Friday and installation started on Monday. We first contacted the company by walking into their office, unscheduled. All of the staff was busy with scheduled customers, but the owner was available and took the time to tell us about their products and services."

"Initial shingled roof was completed in two (2) days with minimal interruption to normal living.  My home is 102 years old so once old wood was re-applied around upstairs dormer after singles were set, there was some leaking from the metal roof.  Troubleshooting the issue, provider discovered the dormer as suspect and had both sides re-built with new wood and sealed completely. This was at NO cost to me and crew worked in below 30 degree weather the day the dormer was re-build. <br /> Provider was extremely responsive to my initial texts regarding the leak until the issue was resolved.  The work ethic that was displayed by provider's crew was beyond anything I had ever witnessed with previous contractors.  No delays.  No excuses. No cost gauging. "They created a 42-feet fencing with one portion having a height of 6 feet and the other of 4 feet. They replaced a gate and fencing between the patio and carport area and created fencing behind the shed too. They were very good. They were punctual and very easy to work with. The price was high, but they did very good work. I would use them again in the future if necessary. <br />"
