Alan from Landmark Design was an absolute professional with a work ethic that is hard to find these days. He worked nonstop from the time he arrived, early in the morning, until after the sun set (at one point using his truck headlights for lighting). He was very personable and always wanted to make sure we were happy with the job that was being done. Any crazy request we threw at him, he accomplished with no hesitation and a great attitude! He has reached out several times after completion to check on things and make sure we are still satisfied with the work. "Excellent experience in all aspects from beginning to end! Our project was the construction of a kitchenette for our in-law apartment in the lower level our our home. Streamline completed all the rough-in and final plumbing and electrical work. All their people involved with the project were wonderful to work with because they were very friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious, and efficient. Their estimate was the lowest of many that we obtained and their final invoice was for the estimated amount despite some upgrades that the inspector required. "It went great. Scott showed up at the scheduled time. He installed the circuit box, but had to come back another day to install the whole house surge protector. He was familiar with solar power and made sure we understood how to use the circuit box if the generator is used. He cleaned up after himself and was pleasant to work with."
