At one point they said they were done with the return duct and were about to replace my return filter and grate when I asked them to hold so I could take a look. The duct was just as filthy as it was before they touched it. When I asked if they could prove that they cleaned the other ducts by taking pictures they said it would cost $250 more to do that. They did not do anything to my duct and if I had not looked for myself they would have happily taken my money and left. This is a scam company do NOT hire."
