"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. That said, we were able to go into a contract that day, and my roof was completed within a week or so. He shows up with a small army and they get right to it and don't stop till the job is done. Abe is also very transparent with the progress throughout the day and points out other issues that get exposed once you start removing shingles. It was a pleasure to do business with Universal and I highly recommend them. I also appreciate the 50 year product warranty, and the 25 year workmanship warranty."

"One year review of Pubic services Solar It has been one year today since we had our solar installed and we are still 100% sure that we went with the right company. AS I have mentantion in our review right after they did the install we had looked at over 50 solar company and thought the PSS was the best one, Er are still sure that we were right. When we had made our first 1K of power they sent us instructions on how to sign up for selling them and checked that we had done so. After we had the solar for several months I saw an error message that one panel was not working as good as the rest, when I concatenated them I was told that they were looking into it, and several days the error message was gone. A few weeks later we saw a PSS pickup out front and I went out back to see what was going on. I was told by 2 very nice guys that they were replacing the date module as it was not as fast as they wanted. And then told that they had been out before to replace a bad inverter on one panial. Nobody had called the just show to fix anything bad. This to us is a mark of what a good company they are and how they are watching out for are system. David And Heidi Greer"
