"Josh fit me into his busy schedule, which was great, but there were major miscommunication issues. When we did a walkthrough, he gave me a quote that I agreed to; when he sent the contract, however, the quote was $10k higher than he had stated. I agreed to it because I needed the work done ASAP, as my previous contractor had cancelled at the last minute. Josh gave me a small refund for not doing one part of the job but refused to correct or refund me for multiple items that were done incorrectly. Now I am spending thousands of dollars to fix things that should have been done in the first place. One of the contractors I hired to repair the work said he was appalled both by the shoddy job and the lack of recompense. I do not recommend this company."

Henry and the whole crew at Mid-Atlantic Home Remodeling were absolutely fantastic!  After searching for nearly a year for a competent and reasonably priced contractor to remodel our kitchen, we finally found Henry and his team.  Others that we tried out were either charging way more than our budget would allow for or did not seem to have the expertise necessary to complete the job.   When Henry first came in and looked at our plans for updating our kitchen, he kindly expressed to us that the designs that we had in mind were not what would be ideal for our needs.  He listened to what we wanted, and well before signing a contract with us, he designed a much more efficient kitchen for us.  He answered all of our questions and calmed all of our fears in his simple, straightforward way. Once work began, his highly skilled team went about quickly demoing the old kitchen, removing all of the trash, and setting about installing our new kitchen. Watching the whole process unfold, it was obvious that the Mid-Atlantic Home Remodeling crew are highly skilled and efficient craftsmen.  He promised work would be finished in 5 weeks, but was able to complete everything in just 4. My wife and I are truly thrilled with how everything turned out! Henry and his team worked their magic and now we have a gorgeous, welcoming, and well organized kitchen.   If you are looking for a team that is very easy to work, priced very reasonably, trustworthy, highly skilled and efficient, Mid-Atlantic Home Remodeling is where you should look."

"I hired Buxmont Contractors to help convert a lawn shed to an outside space to hang out and entertain. I worked with Jimmy Marrero Jr. Initially, he came out quickly for the free estimate. He shared some ideas on how to improve the space based on my concerns. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and comparing to the other quotes I had received, had the best overall value for price and vision. I also had a time frame in mind to get this done by, and he exceeded expectations. His communication was great through the process and managed to get work done in a timely manner. I would definitely hire Buxmont Contractors again and recommend them to friends and family. "

"I hired Bella Brothers to build a new deck and a roof above the deck, where Zoning was required. The Architect drew up the plans and License & Inspection approved of the plans, unfortunately, Bella Brothers decided to change the plans, while building the roof!! They never completed the work and Iâ m left with a roof that L&I has written up for many â VIOLATIONS!â All of the wood that was to be covered with siding, soffit, and capping are all exposed, warped, cracked, and the ceiling of the roof is covered with black, white, and gray mold spores!! Iâ m now forced to have to sue Bella Brothers because the owner refuses to follow the requirements that L&I stipulated, where the roof has to be â torn down and rebuilt!!â The owner also had the audacity to attempt to extort the remaining balance owed , to be paid all up front, in order for him to complete the work, when thereâ s more work uncompleted than money owed because he has already been paid over 92.9% of the bill, and I only owe approx 7.1% of the remaining balance!! Please be very mindful if you choose to do business with this company!!"
