"I contacted Jeff at AOS Jan 1 after a tree came down and took out my back fence. Jeff and his brother got the tree cut up and temporary fence up to protect my dog. They had it installed the very next day. The old fence was over 30 years old so after getting an excellent quote from AOS, I hired them not only to repair the broken section but to replace the existing side privacy fence and gate as well as upgrade the entire perimeter with 4’ green coated fence. The weather and wind were beyond terrible but they pushed through each day with below 0 windchills. I cannot say enough about these 3 guys and there work ethic and dedication to an excellent job well done. THANK YOU"

"Robb was awesome! When I called to schedule, he asked a lot of questions to help me choose the best fence for my dog. He arrived when scheduled - and did not ask for a four hour window to arrive! We walked the yard 2x to make sure I liked the placement and to discuss all the utility markings. I have an older home and many of the wires that should have be buried much lower than an invisible fence wire would be buried, are not. Robb was very careful, hand shoveling a lot, to make sure that no wires where cut. The cuts through my cement were precision and sealed very well. The spot were the wire was brought into my garage was completed with PCV pipe to be both esthetically pleasing as well as protective of the wire. I could not have been happier nor could I more highly recommend! <br />"

"It took longer than expected. It was about 5 weeks from the in person meeting to the installation. Initially, we didn’t know that The Fence Company wouldn’t remove the fence. We had to hire another company (recommended by them) to, first, remove the old chain link fence and vines on and around it. It took some time before we could talk with someone at the 2nd company and for them to be available to remove it. The Fence Company did not receive 1 of our emails. Also, we researched privacy slats, which were never mentioned, and inquired about availability, type and colors. On the installation day the 2 man crew thought they were finished and were about to leave. Before they did, we asked about the lock strip. They did not know anything about the lock strip for the fence. They said it was not on the truck. We called and left the office a message. The crew found it on the truck and added it. We paid by check because, from reviews here, we wanted to avoid the 3% credit card fee. The fence looks nice. We received a handwritten thank you note from The Fence Company staff. In conclusion, we have no complaints."

"This is a follow-up to an earlier review. A neighbor's landscape service damaged a few posts in the fence and I contacted Burcor to purchase some replacements. It took longer than usual for them to receive the parts from the manufacturer and whether it was from the delay or the initial installation issues, Jeff provided them to us at no cost. We didn't ask for them to be free and fully expected to pay, so it came as a nice surprise. We appreciated his customer service and based on the past few interactions, we'd hire them again."
