"Jason and his crew did an excellent job! Our house has a very high, steep roof, with several levels that intersect the siding, so it was a difficult job. He was very thorough in reviewing the issues with our roof, recommending what needed to be done and answering all of my questions. He was very responsive as we tried to plan timing around several unexpected late spring snows which made it unsafe to do the job as scheduled. He shared pictures before, during and after the job so I knew exactly what was going on. They were very thorough with the work, replacing damaged areas of the roof, replacing flashing and cleaning up at the end of each day. When they replaced the flashing where the roof intersected the siding, a lot of the cedar shakes broke and they needed to replace them. Jason only charged us an additional $800 for that work despite the fact that it took his crew three more days to do it. I was impressed by his attention to detail, responsiveness and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to others."

"Cullen charges a premium, but you get premium service for it. I have used them for flood recovery and for replacing knob and tube wiring in two big old buildings. Frankly, I can't imagine anybody doing a better job. The whole Cullen team has been highly competent and unfailingly professional in the months I've spent with them working in my office and home. They show up when they say the will and do the work they say they are going to do. Their electrician Lili is as sharp and careful as they come. She's an ace at rewiring knob and tube. Plus she always goes out of her way to do things right and make things better. Doing the job that is in front of you well is usually the best you can hope for. Lili goes beyond, figuring out how it could be better even when you wouldn't have thought of it on your own. It is tempting to take the cheaper bid, and I'm sure you will find somebody who says they'll do it cheaper--but in my experience if you go with Cullen you'll be glad you did it."

"Took almost 3 weeks to complete because of weather. The crew showed up several times during the fix, I was never bothered, as they preformed the work and left. When they were finished I received a phone call, and was told they would send me a bill after Karl inspected the finished product. Very pleased with the work ethic of all the men on this job. Everyone always deferred back to Karl, who I suspect, hires very qualified personnel."
