"Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. "Everything went smooth from the first phone call. I spoke with Pam and set up an appointment. As the appointment date rolled around we were having a multiple days of rain and wind. I got a voice message from Pam suggesting we postpone. I returned her call that evening at about 7:30PM expecting to leave her a message - she actually answered! A few days later Sean came by the house to assess the job and give an estimate. He walked us through every step and offered suggestions for our concerns. Integrity was the only company that actually set up the estimate to be done when I was home. Other companies “stopped by” and did nothing more than mail me a piece of paper. Sean even assured me that some work I had done a few years back was in great shape and didn’t need to be replaced as the other companies wanted to do saving me thousands! This was a huge job that involved traditional shingles as well as rubber roofing on a historic, three unit building. They took care of getting all the permits including certificates from our historic design review board. "My house 80 year old house is 1/2 brick and 1/2 stucco. When I noticed some water damage on one of my interior walls, I took a good look at the exterior of the house and realized that I had a lot of mortar that had eroded over the years and a section of stucco under a second floor  window which had cracked and pulled away from the house.
Grover came out to inspect the house and determine which sections of brick would need to be repaired. I really appreciate that he didn't just address the area of the house that was leaking. He went a step further and found every spot around the exterior where the mortar was breaking down. I'm sure that some people would have either ignored this step, or told me that they would have to tuck point the entire house which would have cost me a lot of money. Instead, I got every trouble spot on my house repaired and no unnecessary work done.
The stucco that he repaired looks amazing. He matched the original texture exactly. On top of all this, the price was very reasonable. I don't feel like I could have gotten a better deal for the work done.
