"The Outlook crew were very experienced and were able to deal with some difficult issues with my property. They made good suggestions and coordinated with other contractors. We are very happy with the appearance of our paver patios, and recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with smart dependable people who listen to what you want and make it happen."

"David did a good job for me. He did exactly what we agreed on. Installed grasses and shrubs and put rock down. Also installed pavers. His company is professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Four Seasons Landscaping & Hardscaping LLC"

"Excellent. Mark Keys worked hard to get our house scheduled and repaired quickly so we could get it on the market to sell. They did great work at a great price. Took them two days to install 6 I-beam supports in the basement and to reinstall a window well."

"It went really pretty smoothly. The whole project was completed within a week. There was a property line clearance that needed to be considered and a lower patio doorway that needed to be accommodated with deck design adjustments done in the moment and with our involvement to solve the issues perfectly. For weeks after the job was done, we had neighbors asking who did our deck, since it is easily seen from the road that runs near the house. It turned out great and we're very happy! "We received a visit and bid right away. The bid was reasonable and they worked with the winter weather and our schedule to get our chimney repaired as quickly as possible. We are pleased with the job they did and found them pleasant to work with."

"We can't even begin to show our full appreciation for Dan, his brother Kevin, and the team at Good Earth Outdoor. We had a two-tiered retaining wall that was falling over with outdated landscaping. Dan listened to every single one of our concerns and ideas. His team dismantled the old walls, built two new ones with proper drainage, landscaped, and added lighting. Our main concern was the construction of the wall being done properly, but his team explained what they were doing and why, every step of the way. They even reused our existing blocks, which ended up being more work for them, but saved us a ton of money. We will use Good Earth for all of our future landscaping/hardscaping projects. Thank you guys for helping us make our house, our home."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Mosby, MO

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
