"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "OUr 21 yr old kitchen had a sliding glass patio door that we desired to be removed and replaced with a standard entry door and security door. This project was accomplished in early October. The project was completed in two days, with the kitchen entry door fully operational by the time the two workers left for the day. They not only had to remove the old patio doors, tracks, install new framing, but also empty and move a floor to ceiling cabinet blocking the wall space needed to make a seamless connection with the original wall. On the exterior of our home, they also prepared the area to install new plaster siding to again seamlessly connect with the original siding. The following day, the exterior security door was installed and everything was fully completed. During this second day's work, a matching security door at the front entrance of our home, including a covering of sun screening material was also installed. All necessary painting was meticulously performed. We are extremely pleased with the results. Now that the cold temperatures have been visiting us for a while, we definitely notice a coziness in the kitchen without our heat pump having to be on continually to experience comfortable warmth. Whenever I have recently baked (Cornish hens, strawberry muffins, Scottish shortbread cookies, made from scratch yeast breads, and etc) the kitchen remains comfortable into the evening hours. No more taping the patio door gap to keep the cold air from seeping into our home!"

"We had a wonderful experience with Kevin at Rightway Construction from beginning to end. I had been having difficulties even getting companies to come out and quote re-siding our house without having my husband present, let alone being treated with respect and dignity by the few men that did come out.  Kevin was professional and respectful and did not once doubt or question my role and ability to make any all decisions regarding this project.  There was also no high pressure sales tactics or upsell offers. Kevin was fantastic about communicating with me during the entire process.  He always asked for our preferences BEFORE doing any subjective work and immediately informed us about any problems or delays so that our expectations were kept in line with his performance.  He had attention for detail while also being very laid back and approachable.  Kevin's wife Amy was also on the site working hard everyday and really helping to keep the worksite (our home and property) clean.  They were friendly and cautious with our young children as well as our two dogs.  Kevin checked in with me daily regarding his progress and expectations for the following work day.  I really cannot highlight enough the fabulous communication and the value of it.  Immediately following the siding installation we had a new roof put on and the workers did not even bother to let me know when they arrived or left, so I had to go outside and wait for someone to come down from the roof if I wanted any opportunity to talk to them.  I highly recommend Rightway Construction for siding installation for quality, price, and experience.

"The sales team came to our home, showed us the samples, discussed our old home's issues, and the price was comparable to 2 other companies. Not the cheapest but we felt quality workmanship is most important. However, they used a subcontractor, we were not aware that they were not the actual installers. They did say they would not have any price increases, even if something unexpected came up, and they stuck with that. Grateful for that because we had to replace clear down to the plywood, and had a little extra problem or two, and the weather was a delaying factor. In the end, the roof looks great, and the Corning roofing has good warranty, but the soffett didn't get replaced with new so it could've looked better. The crew on the job didn't have good time management, according to neighbors watching when we were not onsite, and left things around on the ground for a few days before cleaning up thoroughly."
