With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now.
