Buck had his guys out here right away, put a tarp over the missing shingles, then got to work with me to get insurance to approve the replacement. Not only was the work top quality, Buck personally stood on my roof taking pictures to send the adjuster and convinced him to replace my entire roof! The work went so well we're looking to hire Eagle Siding to do our deck next."

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"Excellent work! Having just bought a house we weren't sure how old the roof was but knew it needed something. Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. I would recommend working with e-roof, especially for anyone new to home projects as Tyler can walk you through the process but not push anything on you if you're not interested. Easy to talk to and helpful in learning more about our roof/ home!"

"Bormann Brothers did a great job on our roof replacement. No high pressure sales with them and they use top quality shingles. We liked that they had their own crew and didn't use subcontractors. They did everything in about 6 hours on our house, and cleaned up well afterward. We did have some nails in our gutters that I found afterward, and I let Nick, the owner, know and he came over same day and cleaned them up. Great service and they are an honest, no sales pressure roofing company."

"We were really impressed with the care that Boe took to make sure that our custom fitted deck was exactly right for our needs. He & his team did such an amazing job. We just love our new deck! It was a challenge to figure out how to get the most out of a small space but Boe was able to figure it out. The crew was so nice to work with. During the install they were very mindful of all of the gardens I had around my home. There was a mother mallard on a nest beside the house and they were so careful not to scare her. All the ducklings have since hatched and we've spotted them in the pond at the back of our property. Proficient Construction did a great job cleaning up and was very thorough throughout the install. "We used Insurance Solutions Services (ISS) to contest my roof hail claim with State Farm who denied my claim. ISS appealed the claim and when that failed, they referred me to a public appraiser which I used in the "Appraisal Process", much like an arbitration with State Farm. My claim prevailed and I used ISS for my new roof (asphalt shingles). The work was timely and well done and it was obvious that ISS was concerned about customer satisfaction. Although working with the State Farm Appraisers was difficult, the ISS team was always reachable and responsive and willing to work with me persistently to bring my claim to resolution."

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."
