"Dwayne is an excellent guy. I had such an overwhelming situation going on in my garage and he came quickly and gave me a fair estimate. What’s even better he asked me if the price is right for me and when I gave him a lower price that works for me since I been paying a lot of money he didn’t hesitate to accept my price and helped me out tremendously. Day of the job Dwayne showed up with help Frank and he was also an excellent, hard working man. They both got to the job and worked diligently and worked with me and didn’t force their way or discard my items heartlessly . Dwayne left my garage in a pristine condition with my floors sparkling. "This cleaning service was horrible it wasn't even the guy that I contacted on Angie instead he said a woman who was meth out of her mind high as ever when she came into my house she charged $40 an hour and the only thing that she did was wash two blankets left clothes in my corner in my laundry room and dirty clothes in my laundry basket never washing a stitch of clothes she put five tiles in the washing machine and didn't dry them instead left them on top of the washing machine she left dried up pee behind my toilet here on my bathroom floor she did not follow instructions at all she stretched cleaning semi cleaning the bathroom and the kitchen into 2 hours we're making me have to pay her $80 then she contacted me again told me I owe her $20 this cleaning service is horrible"

"I am so busy. I'm bad about returning phone calls and emails. It's not that I'm avoiding you, or I don't want the window washing service. It's just that there are more pressing issues that need my attention. I contacted 6 places about window cleaning. Two didn't respond and the other3 played telephone tag or texted promising to send me a quote but never did. Then I heard back from this one. Bonnie is making money for Michigan Elite Window Cleaning! Her manner on the phone is a great first impression. As is her efficiency in applying just the right amount of nudging without being a pest. Her interpersonal skills are excellent and so is her follow up when she promises to get back with an answer. There are many more choices for window cleaning than the 6 I contacted but I doubt you will find anyone who gets you on the schedule better than Michigan Elite. "Natalie and Samantha are the absolute best in the business.  Hands Down. They are so professional and take so much care of the items in my home.  I don't have to worry about a thing.  I've used a local cleaning company in the past and regretted it.  The work was average and the people in my home seemed sketchy at times.   But with Natalie and Samantha, their work absolutely shines!  I literally never saw my bathroom as clean as it was the day of our initial clean.  They spent over two and a half hours the first day in my home and they definitely exceeded my expectations.  Their work is amazing!  I look forward to seeing them each time and instantly knew I had made the right decision getting a cleaning service again.  Another amazing quality of the girls is their attentiveness to my puppy!  My dog Banner is LOVED by these ladies and he looks forward to seeing them every single week.  I completely trust the ladies with Banner and with all things in my home.  Finding this business was a blessing for me. I also really respect the tips they give me, from suggesting I check my air filters to cut down on the dust in my home, to letting me know it's time to give my curtains a wash, and giving me a heads up if some bleach was used in a particular space - all these things show me they care about me and my family's well being and care about the integrity of my home.  Total professionals. I also love that Natalie and Samantha are so accommodating, which is so important to me as a full-time working mom.   They always make an effort to talk to my somewhat shy 5 year old son and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. He doesn't open up to very many people and I can tell he feels safe when they are in our home.  I look forward to getting more tips from them and talking music during our visits in the future.
