When I have specific items they need to know, I tell them directly or call the office to get the message out (ie. informing them that if I have a dirty copper pot, it doesn't sit in the sink while they clean the counter. All it takes is once and we're good to go thereafter.)"

We remembered his name from when we were having some construction clean up completed, and Sam had been very honest about his team’s ability to do an extremely difficult job (months of construction dust in a furnished residence) – we ended up hiring an industrial team to do that clean up. When we hired Sam for regular biweekly cleanups, he sent out the same team, which was fabulous. Sam and his team honored specific requirements for taking care of the new carpet and hardwoods. The team was also gentle on the furniture and super polite to the people. We also found Sam to be an ethical person with whom to work in the rare event that something did not go quite right.
