"Steve was prompt in returning my call and setting up a time to come out and give an estimate. His timeframe yo start the projects were in a short timeframe which is something that’s hard to find anymore. He replaced and painted 2 window sills that had water damage, repaired the bathroom ceiling along with nail pops in the bedroom. It was a last minute decision for us to replace a fan and he was more than happy to take care of the install. The work was thorough, prices were very reasonable and the projects were completed within the timeframe give. I could not have been more pleased and am already referring him out to others. Steve will definitely be in my speed dial whenever I need anything done."

We are a family owned business. we specialize in handyman services which include the following Light demo, sheetrock repair, interior and exterior painting, power washing, carpet removal, deck repair and painting, tree services, landscaping, indoor/outdoor furniture assembly, clean out/junk removal, leaf cleanup, gutter and roof cleaning, snow removal. We take pride in the work we do.

They helped me patch and paint a hole in my ceiling--they came for a short time over the course of four days to make sure it was done right. I'm so happy with their work and would highly recommend them to friends and family. I will certainly be keeping their contact info for future needs. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!"

Calling or texting the customer 30 minutes before arrive and letting the customer know when leaving the job always clean up and dispose of all debris. Customers always telling me about my many talents and skills for making the small jobs easier. The big jobs you take the time with the customer being patient showing them the progress each day. Customers can not do any physical work with the handyman. "AJ Peri was called because my central air quit on me a repair man came to my home in July on a very hot day, he checked the unit and i was told I needed a total replacement a sales person came a day latter and gave me a estimate of 14,000 dollars and said they could schedule it in a few days I did not sigh and told him I would call. I then called a local HVAC contractor for a second opinion he came checked the system and told me it was just a clogged water line we cleaned it out and the unit is working fine. I called AJ PERI to complain several times each time I was told a manger would get back to me never herd from anyone. do not trust these people for a honest report there just looking to rip you off I am a senior citizen call a local contractor that has a reputation to uphold I hope this review saves some one maybe getting taken for big money"
