Understandably the company was swamped with requests and overall they were great about not forgetting to come out as soon as they had time. My damage was small compared to others,so it was no problem to wait while bigger projects were being worked.
I spoke to Hope each time and she was very friendly and responsive to my requests. When they came out for the estimate they discovered some missing shingles off the roof and repaired them. I knew they were good when I asked to check for rotted wood beneath the damage and they came back and said there was no damage. Not all contractors are that honest! The final bill was within $20 of their quote...that also rarely happens with contractors.

He would stop whatever he was doing to answer any questions we had and made sure everything was to our liking. This was a big job, removing old wood clapboard siding and installing insulation and new vinyl clapboard siding that looks amazing. The crew would clean up the area at the end of each day and Victor would make sure we were satisfied with the process. He and his crew are knowledgeable and polite. "We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!

He explained upfront that it would not be possible to match the color of the siding and that new siding would require painting to match the existing. It was learned after removing the old siding that the new siding dimensions are a tad smaller and more work was required. Rick finished the project as promised."

"I emailed the company (website linked from Angie's List). Luis called me the same day and showed up to estimate the job the next day. A week later we met with the color consultant Joy. 100.00 very well spent. Four days later (Tues.) 2 men started removing wallpaper, prepped the BR and repaired where needed and one worked on the LR/DR from 9:30-4:30. Wed they covered the kitchen cabinets and worked on the LR/DR while one continued on the BR. Thur. men did not show up until 10:40, but everything was painted. Fri morning was finishing, inspection and payment. Men were very agreeable to any little place we wanted repaired or touched-up."
