"I started a search for patio quotes recently. I had a lot of contact and quotes. However, The Covered Patio excels beyond all the others! The initial contact with Chase was stellar customer service! Pleasant, bright, great follow-up, etc., etc. I am pretty hard core when it comes to crappy or excellent customer service, and I want to give credit where credit is due. Chase is superb. It was a pleasant experience. Then, Justin came to look at my area, talked with me, and gave me a quote. He arrived as expected, was incredibly professional, pleasant, and efficient! The customer service went above and beyond, which is sadly missing in the world today. On top of The Covered Patios incredible customer service, they came back with the best quote. Reasonable and realistic for them as a small business and for us. If you want to have peace of mind and know that you're getting quality work and support a small business, I hands down suggest The Covered Patio. You will not be disappointed! You will want to do business with them for all your work. We need more businesses like this in the world today. Thank you, Chase, Justin, and The Covered Patio team!"

"Martin Ramos' bid was very reasonable. His crew worked from dawn to dusk with attention to my requests for the job. Martin was polite and directed the crew as they completed the job. He personally put some final touches to the concrete joints. He also directed the crew to place the heavy plastic tarp over the concrete to protect it from the elements at night. They were back the next day on time to finish. C. Thompson Columbia, TN"

"Want the job done right hire Mr. Hernandez. He is very knowledgeable about the work he does and definitely a person who can be trusted. Mr. Hernandez along with his Team arrived to do the work on the day he told me he would, they resurfaced my driveway, which they completed same day. Driveway looks great! I would not hesitate hiring him again for any concrete work I need done."

"High Grade Construction did an amazing job replacing our old walkway and steps! They demolished the existing concrete, installed a beautiful new walkway and steps, and added a wooden handrail that looks great and makes everything feel much safer and more finished. We were very happy with the results, but what really stood out was their excellent communication throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We would absolutely hire High Grade Construction again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. Great job!"

"Absolutely thrilled with our new deck! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows in every board and finish. The crew was professional, punctual, and kept the work area clean throughout the entire project. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The finished deck exceeded our expectations and has completely transformed our outdoor space. We’ve already received so many compliments from friends and neighbors. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service!"

"Keith was knowledgeable and professional. His pricing was fair. He came when he said he would and finished when he said he would. His staff were polite. I am happy with my new garage foundation and concrete floor. I would hire Visionary Construction again."
