"The team that was from Fix It was extremely professional, clean, and efficient. We had a problem with an outside faucet connected to our house that had a slow drip that nothing we could do would stop it. We called in somebody else before we went to Angie, and they quoted us a $1000 repair. We said no needless to say. We went with Fix It and they quoted us an amount in the $200 range and the reason for the repair quote was logical and we agreed. They replace the faucet in 30 minutes. I mentioned in passing I was in the Navy and went to get my checkbook to pay for the repair. Before I was done writing the check they stopped me and told me I was entitled to a military discount. So very happily changed the amount to a smaller amount. We then talked business some more on bigger projects we want to get done and we already reasonable price quotes. We do plan on keeping Fix It as our plumbers."

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
