"I had an excellent experience with Abel and his team. When we hired this company, we wanted to solve some water issues (my backyard flooded constantly) and we wanted to have a nice place for the kids to play and to hang out. We cannot be happier with the results. This project involved (1) demolition of existing patio and retaining walls, (2) regrading, (3) a new retaining wall and (4) a new patio. As I said, their work was amazing, their prices are good/fair, and I would like to highlight three positive things about this company: (1) they started and finished on time (or close to), which I thought was impossible to find in a contractor. (2) They were very patient and flexible with my work. Given that this was a big project, we had to adjust our plan a couple of times, as we found new issues and understood the water problems better. (3) and definitively not least, this company takes customer satisfaction seriously. This project took place in August 2020, but Abel is still calling me (as of March 2021) to check that everything is working for me. In those phone calls, I have mentioned some details about the work (minor things that are expected in projects are big as mine), and Abel has not hesitated to send someone to fix those small things at no cost (he actually gave me mulch last time he came). This experience me me feel very confident about the quality of their work. In summary, I am very happy to recommend best landscape & construction. A high quality company with good prices that takes costumer satisfaction seriously."

"They were amazing. I mean it really looks good. I think that if I paid less, it might not have looked quite as good. They were really professionals that knew what they were doing. The way they did the retaining wall just looks really really nice. I would give them higher than an A in some way. They were so nice. There were so many of them, and they worked so fast. They were experts. The salesman was also excellent because he took into part what I was trying to convey, and he designed it. He kept showing me, and we kept sort of tweaking it. You want that. They were punctual. They were scheduled for a week or so later, and I called and asked if they could come earlier because they had an opening in their schedule. They like to keep their crews working constantly, and I had really wanted it done as soon as possible. So I agreed. They came and they were right on time. They worked very hard. They always cleaned up after themselves. I mean so many leave a mess or leave a part of it undone. Plus, it just exceeded my expectations of how it looked in the end."

"Working with Arthur and the Ballard Enterprises team was a great experience. They did an amazing job with the landscaping, cleanup, and retaining wall. I nearly cried because I haven't seen the outside of my home look decent in so long. :-) The brick for the retaining wall is beautiful and it seems to "brighten" the home. Ballard also did cleanup in my back area and WOW! It looks great and no more walking through tall weeds and mint to get to my deck. I appreciate Arthur teaching me about hostas. They came right out to assess the damage and they were able to have their crew out there the following week. "Since at first there were a number of uncertain factors where only an "allowance" could be made, it took a while for Nick to determine how to shape his bid. (It was finally agreed to specify a price for the two bathrooms but do the kitchen on a "time and materials" basis.) Once the contract was signed, Nicoleta immediately became deeply involved both in design and in supervising the team of highly skilled workers. Not only does she have excellent taste and sense of design, but she also quickly sensed our taste and spent an enormous amount of time working with us on decisions from layout to choice of floor and wall tiles, countertops, light and plumbing fixtures, bathroom hardware and paint colors, and everything in between. She also handled most of the ordering and then dealt with vendors when any problems arose. Not only did Nicoleta have creative ideas, but GSBuilders' skilled team of electricians, carpenters and painters came up with unique solutions to challenging problems such as how to "build in" a microwave oven into a limited existing cabinet space (with appropriate venting) so as to free up counter space. When there were glitches (and I have yet to hear of a renovation project where there were no glitches), Nicoleta and the team quickly responded to ensure that everything was 100% right. Renovation is a disruptive process at best, but everyone from GSBuilders exerted great effort to minimize the disruption and to ensure that things were left as neat as possible at the end of each workday. They were totally reliable and while we were not sad to have our house back to ourselves when the project was completed, we felt very comfortable having them in our home. The project was not cheap. But we deeply appreciated the caring attention and skillful work that went into it and we feel the price was fair and that we got excellent value and made some new friends along the way."

"They did a good job. I would use them again. Only disappointment was that one of there men must have damaged one of our bushes. They did not tell us about it but we discovered it after they completed their work.
