"We used Tully Spagnoli for our floors. They sanded and refinished our hard wood floors in the foyer, living room and dining room. In the kitchen they replaced our old engineered floor with a new LVP floor. The entire team is so professional, from lovely Angela at the office to Dave who comes out to do the estimates and all of their workers. Great price, beautiful work. "I have used EURO FLOORS twice . In 2018 they refinished an older existing wood floor and repaired / replaced a section of the floor destroyed by a burst pipe . The floor looks amazing – better than when new without any visible difference between the original and replaced section of flooring . Marcin and his team just finished rebuild / restore of my stairs . SAME results – LOVE IT . Marcin is a true craftsman and a perfectionist almost to a fault . "These guys are AMAZING. I called 8 floor refinishing places in Westchester -- not only did they come in the cheapest, but when I told them I wanted a light, bleached look, they immediately knew what I was talking about. Many well-established places actually didn't, much to my surprise. Other places offered to bleach my yellow oak, which is very toxic, forbidden in many apartment buildings, and not necessary if you know what products to use. I sent pics of what I wanted; the guys came in & made 2 swatches on my floor. It was easy to pick the swatch, and my new floors look amazing. My kitchen is a different wood -- red oak -- and the guys treated it differently to make the 2 look more similar in the end. Thiago, the owner, is super kind & available to respond to questions. Office staff is polite, punctual and very helpful. Overall, I recommend them enthusiastically."

From the initial on-site visit by the proprietor, through the meticulous, detailed, clean work of Ishmael and the crew. All conducted in a focused yet easy-going atmosphere pleasant demeanor. As in many projects unforeseen challenges arose. Ishmael explained patiently the options, experimented with possible solutions and ended up delivering a beautiful home. After the project was done, there was a slight question of aesthetics and whether we made the right choice. Ishmael came over the weekend and worked for hours, with no charge(!) to reverse that decision and implement a different solution. They were immediately responsive to my first call, were always on time during the work, extremely courteous and pleasant, very professional. Of course most importantly, they are highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced, and their work was top-notch. Our entrance hallway is a challenging room; almost all the work required the use of smaller hand-held machines that required great attention to detail. "I hired Aurelio to refinish my old oak stairs, carpeted at the time. After removing the carpet, we realized installing new stairs would have been the "better" option, but my budget didn't go in that direction. Aurelio and his team did their best to repair the damage and refinish the stairs. Aurelio suggested adding molding and 3/4 rounds to hide the places that couldn't be fixed, and that was a great idea. I'm sure when the project is finished (I'm having a painter paint the front faces of the stairs white), I'll be happy with the results, but I wish I had known a few things before hiring: 1) That the "material" (which wasn't included in the quote) would be grossly overpriced (I paid $1,200 for the carpet removal, repairs, sanding, staining and poly-coating, and $550 for material) 2) That the workers wouldn't wear shoe covers to keep my existing wood floors clean 3) That some wholes wouldn't be filled 4) That vertical surfaces of the stairs wouldn't be touched/fixed 4) And last but not least: That I would have NO SAY in the finish color. I wasn't shown a sample, given a color name, or called on site before the stairs were completely stained (and impossible to re-stain, I was told). The final color is about four levels lighter than my original wood floor (and the rest of my house). I understand you cannot match colors exactly, but the difference in tone and level is very noticeable. My "new" stairs are a light-ish pine-like color; my existing floors are between American Oak and Gunstock. As Aurelio puts it "When there are no lights on, you don't notice the color difference". I'm giving the company a B for the hard work done. But I learned my lesson."
