I contacted John Tate of LMNO Projects and we set a day for him to see the work that needed to be done. He arrived promptly and viewed the work that needed to be done. We then scheduled a day for him to return and make the necessary repairs. John arrived on time and completed both projects. He replaced the rotted wood and removed the steps. Then placed safety barriers across the door. We were very pleased with how professional he was and how well he made the repairs.
