Our last experience, included replacing several shingle tabs on our 20 year old roof that were lost from a recent Nor'easter. The technician, Andrew Hamilton, was courteous and professional. He replaced the missing tabs and serviced the remaining roof and evaluated its condition. All for a very reasonable price of less than $100. I cannot say enough good things about this company! She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. Their contract listed in detail and sequential order of installing a new roof. I received a quote that included an explanation of what Certified Incoporated was going to do. First, the old shingles were removed. Second, any rotten wood was replaced with quality wood. Third, the entire roof was covered with synthetic felt. Fourth, replaced pipe booths. Fifth, they installed lifetime shingles with a twenty-five year workmanship guarantee. The warranty is transferable to the next homeowner.
