"With driveway permit already in hand, I Requested quotes on Angie's list 3/13, Tony immediately called the next morning prior to anyone else and was promptly onsite as agreed to do an estimate 3/15. After i agreed on the quote he asked for a deposit to get started so i made an appointment for the following Thursday 3/21 when i was off work to take care of everything, that Wednesday 3/20 his crew did the forms so the inspector could inspect it. Inspector came and inspected 3/21 around 11-12:00, after a few messages back and forth about some adjustments the inspector wanted and some pricing issues (mostly inspectors fault), Tony's crew started at 1:30 and within 2 hours the apron was completely done and roped off, I was amazed at the speed of service because I literally barely had time to get the cashiers check from the bank before these guys were completely done...lol...His price was a bit high for my area (roughly 300 more, no biggie), but Tony and his crew was definitely worth every extra cent based on the speed, communication and quality of how he and his crew gets the job done, and the quality was far better than I anticipated or even initially asked for...I'll Definitely be calling this amazingly efficient crew for my next project and would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for speed, communication and quality....Thanks Tony Madina! "Jonathan took on this big job for a reasonable price. I've attached before & after pics. What a transformation! They leveled the space, over 1000 square feet. The property sits on a slope by the lake and the ground is very hard and rocky. They had to cut down two huge tree stumps. They removed and moved around a lot of dirt and were even nice enough to haul some over to my neighbor's to help him level his shed. Once the steps and wall were built and the pavers set, they leveled the walkway to the steps, moved my rock garden over to fit the new space, redirected foundation and gutter drainage pipes, laid mulch and cleaned up. I'm so happy with the results. It took longer than expected but some of that was due to weather and I'm happy they didn't try to rush through it. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a friendly and professional manner. The cost I list here does not include the cost of pavers, wall blocks and some sand. "It went great. The workers were very professional and did their work without any need to consult with me. Rob is so personable and easy to deal with that it makes it a pleasure to have him direct the work. He is someone I trust to tell me what is needed and then to make sure his crew has done the job well. He has been working to make my crawl space moisture free for a few years, and I often get compliments on it from other company's workers, like HVAC and pest control. If they saw my walk-in attic area now, they would probably have compliments on it. It looks terrific with its shiny thermal bubble insulation. I am attaching a picture but it doesn't do it credit because the strong LED light and shiny material makes it hard to take a good picture. They put a foam sheet on the back of the attic door and it also has shiny foil on it. They had previously put fiberglass insulation in this area and soffits or something like that (can't remember exact name) to make sure the air flow from outside is sufficient. I am thrilled that he also put the insulation on the floor, because I think that shiny stuff will deter mice, who reportedly don't things like aluminum foil. Maybe this area will stay cleaner and problem free since I have taken other pest control measures."

"Tony and David used a 2-step approach: 1) performed work in the basement which included installing a sump pump, a well, wall sheathing, and weep holes; and 2) completely sealed cracked cement and installed a drainage system in a raised flowerbed attached to the house. Since completion of the work, we have had several occasions with heavy rainfalls, and for the first time in two years since we bought the house, we have not had water in the basement thanks to the competent waterproofing system installed by Soggy Bottom Waterproofing. Not only was their work 100% effective in preventing water leaking into my basement workshop, they were at least 1/2 to 1/3 of the total cost quoted by other companies. They performed the work with minimal disruption to existing structures in the basement (unlike one proposal we received), and structurally improved the raised garden wall. We are completely satisfied with the professional and thorough work performed by Soggy Bottom Waterproofing and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.."

"After reviewing our situation CFS recommended we contact a brick mason to rebuild the support columns.  His conclusion was that it would not be a good investment to utilize their services for the repair I needed.  He also surveyed our fireplace and attached porch and noted potential areas to keep and eye on. <br /> No pressure at all to contract for services, he was very knowledgeable and professional.  He provided good background information for us to understand what had caused the problems (ground settling) and how to monitor for future changes. <br /> While we did not contract with CFS I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future. <br />"
