I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. The Main Shutoff valve replacement and the Hydro Jet cleaning of the Main Sewer line was not part of the initial job to be done.
