"Dennis and his crew are awesome! I called Dennis because I had condensation coming from an electrical outlet in one bedroom. In addition, my pantry and closets would always feel humid and warmer than the rest of the house. He came out and diagnosed the problem in an honest, professional manner: it turns out the builder of my house never did the air sealing under the attic insulation, so he took care of that. I also had him do wall-injected insulation on the wall that is hit by the sun all day, as well as add more attic insulation for energy efficiency. Dennis is responsive, knowledgeable, and won't sell you stuff you don't need. I'll be recommending him to neighbors who have houses built by the same builder, and who probably have the same problem I did."

"Don’t call any other contractors! Carlos can do absolutely everything! We had soft flooring in our bathroom near our toilet and after another company told us there was no problems, Carlos came out and immediately tore up the flooring and removed the toilet to reveal a leak in the sub flooring and mold behind the walls! He was able to return after letting the exposed flooring dry within the SAME WEEK! And replaced the flooring in the bathroom as well to avoid any future problems. While fixing this one problem he discovered a leak from our kitchen sink underneath our home which he fixed as well! He also fixed our main water valve as it was rusted over! The next week, Carlos came back to do the kitchen flooring for us as well while also installing support underneath our heavy sliding door to our patio! Next week he came to do our second bathroom flooring! And the next week even through the holidays he came by to install led lighting underneath our kitchen cabinets as well as change three of our outlets to GFCI! If you’ve got any home problems whatsoever Carlos is your guys! Whatever you need done he can get done for the BEST PRICES! Don’t waste your time with anyone else when Carlos can be your reliable contractor all year round!"

The guys were pleasant and seemed very conscientious about their work. They were concerned that we were satisfied with the job they were doing. Blowing insulation is by nature a messy job. However they controlled the mess throughout the day and cleaned up perfectly when they finished. David followed up several months later to ensure that everything was ok and that we were satisfied. "I have never dealt with a more incompetent company as Best Flooring. It started with the removal of all the original flooring which left holes in my wall, chipped cabinets and every corner of my house walls scuffed. They were very apologetic and promised to make it right…They didn’t. I brought up many concerns during demolition and installation. My floors upstairs were creaking like I lived in a 100 year home. There were cracked planks in every room. The floors were moving when stepped on. They came out twice to fix the problems and used my 4 un-opened boxes to replace the “problem” areas. I finally had to get a certified floor specialist to come to my home to give an unbiased opinion on what was going on. Which cost more money out of my pocket. Come to find out they never leveled my floors correctly. So As of right now I am out of over $22,000…What I paid them for the flooring, what the flooring cost and plumber fees. They broke my flanges on 2 toilets and reinstalled my master bath toilet when repairing the floors for the second time and the toilet leaked to my downstairs. There is countless other problems like ruining my rug, spilling something on my outside freshly painted porch that is now discolored. I could go on and on. My floors are only 3 months old!!! Please do not use this company. They are awful and have no clue what they are doing!"
