They came on time as scheduled for both the quote (which was very fair for the work that needed done) and actual work start date. The work they did looks amazing, and they took care to make the new sections of mortar have the same style as the old sections on our beautiful Victorian. "Two workers showed up and did 3.5 hours of work as on the special.  Mostly, they just had time to blow all the leaves out of the backyard.  We live in a very wooded area, so it was a lot.  they had and plan and worked it.  They did not have much time for the front and no time for the pruning, but the deal was about  the time, so no harm, no foul.  I would consider using them again if a decent special or coupon was available.
