However, they went ahead and adding some sealant to the pipe to try to fix it. They came out, looked at it and fixed something they didn’t need to all free of charge."

"Miller. the owner, is a top professional. He answered my request in minutes and arrived on time the next morning to look at my roof. He thoroughly explained the issue I was having with my roof and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He also noticed other beginning issues with the roof, like nails lifting, boots becoming dislodged and sealant issues. I also mentioned to him there was a tremendous amount of water over flowing above one gutters in heavy rain in one location as my roof pitch is steep with multiple roof angles in this area. When Mike, his crew arrived, Mike fixed all issues, including the water flow issue, and took the time to explain his day on my roof to me. I know nothing about roofs, but am better educated now on the care and maintenance of my roof. I highly recommend Roof Solutions to anyone needing expert roof repair and maintenance. "Since their initial installation of our Gutter Rx guards, Shine Bright has been out twice to fine tune a few areas of mesh where the upper roof spouts empty into the lower roof gutters to better accommodate bouts of torrential rain - both with no additional charge. Following our paid Winter clean-out (yes - even guards must be cleared annually to prevent problems if you have a LOT of tress), Tony sent two men out to do an additional mini-clean out of Spring oak pollen strands and caulk a leak from behind another gutter that was a result of poor initial installation when our home was built - again both for free! Tony and his techs are great guys - very professional, polite and responsive - and I could not recommend them or the Gutter Rx guards more highly. Quick note on the latter: very reasonably priced and very effective!"
