Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. The work was completed quickly and office was great at communicating with us about the timing."

"I had a small roof and gutter repairs after a storm. Gino came out to quote the job and inspected the entire roof. He found a few other items which needed repair and included them and a 3 year warranty on the repairs in the overall cost which came in at the insurance quote. He offered a second option which was the same repairs but with a 7 year warranty covering repairs for leaks etc. for the *entire* roof. It almost doubled the cost but we decided to take advantage of it because our roof is ~12 years old. Gino is a professional and a very nice guy.
