I knew he was the contractor I was looking for and could trust, being the fact he wanted no money up front until work was completed and customer was completely satisfied. Work completed was repairs to my deck and lifted up a shed that had dropped several inches to the left. Rating of 5 stars does not justice to the work that was completed, in my book 10 plus.
