He replaced and painted 2 window sills that had water damage, repaired the bathroom ceiling along with nail pops in the bedroom. It was a last minute decision for us to replace a fan and he was more than happy to take care of the install. The work was thorough, prices were very reasonable and the projects were completed within the timeframe give. I could not have been more pleased and am already referring him out to others. "Bart and his assistant came to my house to install a 190-bottle wine refrigerator (WR). The WR had been delivered by Amazon and installed in the basement, but it was still inside a box and was sitting on top of a wooden pallet. Bart and his assistant slid the WR off the pallet and removed the packaging. They set up the WR in the location I wanted, and they had all the appropriate professional equipment needed for the installation and their safety. After they completed the installation, they cleaned the area, removed the packaging and took it with them for disposal. In addition, they took my other 25-bottle wine cooler up from the basement to another room on the first floor of my house. Bart and his assistant was very professional, on time and their price was very reasonable. "

It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."
