"I can't say enough good things about Earthtones Hardscape. Jeff gave us a quote for cleaning and sealing our paver patio. He kept in constant communication as to when our job was scheduled and when his workers would arrive. They showed up on time and stayed late until our job was finished. They leveled several pavers, removed stains and sealed the pavers. They protected our sliders from the spray, hosed them off, and even moved our patio furniture. I was impressed with their attention to detail. They made sure that we were completely satisfied before they left. They went above and beyond our expectations. "He started ok but never finished the job. Many of the plants he planted died and he promised that he will redo them in early spring. He never completed the leftover fall cleaning. Will not recommend or hire again."

"Project took a little longer than expected with making the forms for the cement, as the man doing the work didn't understand exactly how Mark Pawling wanted it done. Mark was at a different job site and not available. However, once Mark was here things went much better. Overall he and his crew did an excellent job, and made sure we were happy with the job. The job started on Monday and was completed to our complete satisfaction the following week on Tuesday. I felt Mark really listened to us and did the work the way we wanted it done."

"It went fine, however, I was told the job would take roughly 8 hours for 1 person. It ended up being 15 hours, partly with a second handyman. So it was twice as much as we were expecting, and the price is already pretty high. Also, the second handyman brought an extra piece of siding that was not needed. We had already purchased a piece and had it painted, ready to install. So that was an unnecessary added expense. But I guess it's ok as we'll probably need it at some point in the future. What was really weird is that the same mistake happened when we had a piece of siding replaced a few years ago! Overall, they did a good job though, despite the cold weather."
