"Greg , the owner has horrible customer service, they don’t stand behind their work. I had a leak and called him on November 30 of 2022, one of his guys came out told us they will be back to fix the window. Never heard from them again. On September 26, 2023 I called them because they didn’t do anything. Of course they’re not taking any blame, when I called him out on it, he hung up on me. I would not recommend this company. The owner is very angry and combative."

They obviously did superb work, and did it promptly at reasonable cost (much lower than the statewide company I got a quote from). Then afterward they provided outstanding customer service by promptly responding to my request to replace the original powerful fan with a quieter fan. Tuan obviously cared about my satisfaction as a customer. My experience is that this company is extremely competent, professional and trustworthy, and I give them my highest recommendation."
