Understand that I really like the people I just found that he had cut the 1/4 round incorrectly and had changed the plans for the utility room without consulting me. I don't like her space planning at all. I'm better at it than she. there were so many things done that it is hard to rate because most were quite good. It is just that some were terrible and none were great."

"Mr. David Novak and his crew were the best roofers I have ever used. I was impressed with him from the start because he used framing and roofing terminology to describe the work that I was familiar with from having worked in the lumber business. He walked every foot of the roof taking notes during his inspection and found structural defects in the rafters that had to be repaired before roofing could start. He also had to replace over half of the plywood sheets that had rotted over the years. The rafters, which had become a major framing problem, were expertly repaired with brand new lumber. My old roof was replaced with high definition architectural shingles, and is absolutely beautiful. I now have a superior roof on top of sound structural framing that Mr. Novak replaced. This house had major structural problems, and he and his crew were able to fix and correct all of them. All of the men had a high level of expertise.
