These folks were VERY responsive to that - like I clicked on the "find professionals in my area" button and my phone rang. :) Technician came out that same morning, looked things over and made his recommendations (and helped me get my car out), came back the next day and installed a new opener and new rollers. All of it was done with professionalism and satisfaction.
