"We had 5 companies bid for this job. Jesse B. from Joe's Paving took the time to listen to what we wanted and did a great job explaining the scope of the work required. The project was a long narrow driveway shared with two other neighbors. We had to do a combination of concrete and asphalt because of the grade in the drive. They coordinated each section well and worked ahead of schedule. Jesse also helped arrange delivery and installation of rocks for ground cover near the asphalt around our house. Crew was courteous and professional. Thank You Joe’s Paving!"

the right color for the stain.  He carefully removed and replaced the numerous potted plants we had on the deck and left

"I had a paver patio done last fall ~ contractor did good work. Then after waiting the appropriate time to seal the pavers same contractor did not read instructions for sealer product causing flat looking, bland appearance, and a most difficult situation to correct. I called in a new contractor, SealTeamOne Kirkland, experienced in sealing pavers to “fix” the appearance problem. Leonard was timely in his appointments, reviewed and discussed how to deal with the problem ~ and completed the process yesterday. "I have a 2 bed/1bath townhouse.  The bathroom is small which is why I wanted professional input on how to make it a better space, perhaps ideas on storage/built-ins etc.  I thought that we would discuss (in general) cabinets/tile/paint etc and that he would be able to show me a 3-D picture of what my bathroom would look like once remodeled.  Maybe I got that idea from the title on the voucher or I watch too much HGTV.
He showed up on time and was professional.  I don't remember his name.  But he said that my bathroom was 'too small' to create a 3-D picture.  I found that a little ironic since the quote given to me was $10,000 for a remodel of my small bathroom. Especially considering that I wanted to keep my floors and I already had a marble countertop left over from the kitchen remodel.  
Beyond that, he did not have any additional design ideas on how to make the space more usable.  He did show me pictures of tile work from other jobs, which was nice, but I was expecting more.  
So be warned, if you have a 'small bathroom' they will NOT be able to provide a 3-D rendering of your bathroom.  Basically I paid $49 for a quote.

"Excellent job completed. S&D Brushworks sent out a work team—consisting of Giovanni Gomez who appeared to lead the work crew, Francisco, Jeremiah, and John Skalaba. Also Wayne, one of the business’ owners, personally installed the baseboard. The workers arrived on time and totally cleaned up before leaving each day. The business gave me an estimate of 7 days to complete the work, but they finished in 6. Also the workmen cordoned off what amounted to a “small apartment” for me so that I could comfortably remain in the house without being exposed to the fumes and dust. S&D Brushworks did a perfect, beautiful, extremely professional job. I totally recommend them without question!"

"After a free design for the back yard, I selected Apollo for their reasonable price compared to another company. They did the job very quickly in spite of rain delays. They had different crews for different jobs. One crew took out the turf, front and back yards and filled in the base. Another crew installed the pavers in the back yard after adding sand and compacting the area, A third crew installed the artificial grass. Another person was assigned to finish cleaning up the area. it looks great."

"My wife and I hired California Smartscapes to complete a 100,000 plus landscaping job at our home in Bay Park. As you can tell by the photos it turned out amazing! In fact, it turned out better than we could have anticipated. The guys were very professional and their effort and work ethic was first class. The team lead by project manager Sal were very responsive to our requests and were there to answer any questions we had. We are excited to spend our weekends and nights outside BBQing, enjoying the fire pit and watching sports! I will say there is no one more excited than our labradooble, Callie! "I signed up for Clean Krete's AL special-- $99 for $300 worth of work and then contacted Clean Krete.  I spoke with Brandy-- she was charming-- and arranged for a visit and estimate.  I specifically asked for two estimates-- one just to repair concrete cracks and the other to repair the cracks and stain the concrete.  They arrived on the day they were suppose to and later that week provided an estimate of $3100 for repair and staining.  I then sent them two emails and left two phone messages over the next week specifically asking for the repair estimate only.  I never received a response and it has been several weeks.  Meanwhile, the $3100 charge is way above other estimates I have obtained.  Since the provider is non responsive and other reviews tell a similar story, I would like a refund on my $99.
