"The crew that came to our house was professional and courteous. They removed wallpaper from our master bedroom then painted it. They did an amazing job removing the wallpaper then priming the walls . They made whatever repairs were necessary then painted the walls and ceiling. "Russell sold me a warranty for an entire roof repair done in 2014. The roof cost $25,000. 8 years later I have shingles falling off the roof. I called them to fix the roof. They told me that this is not under warranty, so they would "do me a favor" and fix the roof as long as I would put up a sign in my lawn for an extended period of time to advertise their company or else they would charge me - maybe $500 or more. Then they did not show up to do the work, so I ended up hiring another company."
