"Installation of a step and handrail for front porch. The response time was quick and the work was done within 24 hours of my request. Super nice both in discussing my project and coming up with a plan for the installation. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Tri-State Home Repair! Tim and Jim are both wonderful to work with!"

"They went over and beyond what I expected , Very professional . I highly recommend their service."

"Though the work being performed is only in the initial stages, I would like to comment on the company's communications with their clients. (I was highly surprised to read another individual's review on this topic since our experience has been the opposite.) The lead on the team has done an outstanding job communicating with us. He keeps us up-to-date, is friendly, polite, hard working and truly cares about customer service."

"I had a great experience with this company! From my initial call to the sweet lady who scheduled my appointment to the guys who came out to install an exhaust fan, some light fixtures, and electrical outlets in my home. Seamless process start to finish, the guys were on time, efficient, and friendly, and I was able to schedule in the time frame that I needed. 5+ stars! Very accommodating. I will be updating my living room and kitchen this spring, I will definitely be using this company again!"

"Shaun is excellent at what he does! He replaced two small doors on my garage that I had purchased ahead of time."

"Worked, tech couldn’t get remote to work. I believe this was supposed to be included"

"New View is hands down the best hardscape contractor in the Cincinnati region. The team is diligent in their work and executes at the highest level. Every person who comes to our house wants to stand outside and talk about the full paver driveway alongside the two beautiful natural rock retaining walls New View installed for us."

"Jason Harris was great to work with. He listened to my vision for my rural property and made it happen. He is an artist on big equipment with amazing hard-scaping. I had a vision for large rock steps in a tight space and he was able to place the large rocks beautifully...just where I needed them. His work was professional, and he was reasonably priced. Jason was a joy to work with. I would highly recommend him and his team for your needs without reservation."
