"Vendor answered his phone. Set up an appointment to visit the repair site. Arrived on time. Presented a fair estimate. Provided a written statement of work listing all particulars. Carpenter arrived on time. Worked continuously for about 10-12 hrs replacing front external steps. Board cuts created tight 45 degree picture-frame fittings. The overall work was very well done. Painting was not included. If I need add'l or new work, I will call this firm and definitely recommend them. "

"Matt was very helpful and responsive. There was a detailed quote in the proposal and no surprises in what I was billed! Highly recommend! They did great work, and followed up with any questions I had. They fixed an issue when one arose quickly (same day). I have had a lot of renovations done over the years. Bluebird was one of the best contractors I have dealt with. I will definitely contact Bluebird first if we need any more work done!"
