He even gave suggestions on how I might be able to do the work myself since the roof was in fairly good condition with minor leaks. Not many would do that. Planning was smooth and straight forward. They completed the job within 1 cold and windy day and were very thorough and informative throughout. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often.
