It reclogged up again, and Greenwell came out and had to run a snake again, and unclogged it again, free of charge. After the first time they were here if it clogged up again, they come back and fix it free of charge for 120 days after initial visit. Been great ever since. Would highly recommend."

"We got our call-ahead and the provider showed up 30 minutes later as promised. Our neighborhood had just lost power because of a tree cutting, so the provider started on the drain in our bathroom. The power was not back on by the time he was finished, so he couldn't complete the dishwasher or electrical work. Instead of writing us off for the day, he completed another job close by and came back. Power was still not back on, so he ate lunch in our driveway to help avoid us paying another service fee. The power came back on and he completed both of our other tasks! Side note: our dishwasher had leaked before and we had used our home warranty to call for help. After paying our deductible, we were told that it was so old it couldn't be fixed and because it was discontinued, that prevented the home warranty from needing to replace our unit. Our technician from New Circle was great and I would use them again and I would recommend them to family and friends!
