"Overall, careless and sloppy. He had one guy that was dependable but he was constantly pulled to work at other locations. As result, my projects were put on hold. Mike tried to complete the jobs himself but simply made things worse. Had to find someone else to the job and clean up his mess. Not worth hiring. "While he was here putting my 4-poster bed together, I fell and broke my foot when he said he was finished. My neighbor had a run inside and looked at it, and it looked like a bed. No issues. I later went in, and the bed is not solidly put together. It is shaking, and he also scratches the hell out of my newly done wooden floors. I have called him three times and texted him three times, and he said Send me your address again, and I will be there by the end of the day, three weeks and two days today, and he has done nothing, and I'm done. I just put in a complaint with Angie's List updated 12/11/2025 See last review he reuses to come back and fix the bed correctly and repair scratched floor?..Angi?s list has closed the case?.unreal! Stay away from both"

"The fix was straightforward, had to replace the AC blower unit motor. Garmer handled the task expertly and with great customer service, despite them discovering an unusual screw installation from the prior owner which caused the housing removal to take a bit longer than they initially anticipated and first quoted (which, if you've owned a home, tends to happen somewhat often as equipment of this magnitude usually can be more complex than they first look). The only thing I would suggest is that they re-address their pricing. This job ended up costing around $1,200 to change a blower motor where the part itself probably was no more than a few hundred (final bill was delivered upon completion) - was estimating maximum $1,000 given their guidance throughout the job. At a certain point, it may make sense to give the customer a flat project fee as opposed to remain on hourly labor billing as the crew is trying to re-assess to avoid customer sticker shock and alienating future work. I respect the crew, the work they did, and value their labor, but believe the pricing is high. I would like to stress that I would recommend and would consider using them again simply because of their expertise, customer service, and responsiveness as they do great work, but would be more critical of the price ahead of time."

"I could not be happier with the service I received from Kyle and have already hired him for another project! After having my oil company tell me they could not fix my compressor and it would cost $12K to replace it, I went a year without AC in the main section of my house. Out of desperation because my mother was visiting, I reached out for a few more quotes. Kyle was able to fix the problem without having to replace the entire compressor for a fraction of the cost. In addition to that, I asked him to check the Freon levels on the other compressors, which he did and refilled. He was honest with me and did not need to fill one of them, which was great because it required a more expensive Freon. He could have taken advantage of me as a new homeowner like others companies have done, but he didn’t and gained a lifelong client in the process. If you need HVAC work done, give him a call!"
