"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

"I like the fact that Fence Specialists returned my call when I first placed the call, they did come out and gave me an estimate. When they did book the job, they came out and got the work done in a very timely manner. we were held up to some extent by rains, they couldn't install the fence when it was bad weather. They did a very good job. I had neighbors who had kids that was toring the fence down on purpose and after they put the new fence up, the kids came out and took it down again but they back and repaired it, I thought that was great. I would recommend them to others."

"Overall, the experience with the handoff from Jesse to Brian was smooth, and Brian and Steve (who tore down my old fence, rebuilt with 6' cedar shadowbox and added 2 gates on each side of the house) did a great job. They were prompt on arrival each time they said they would show up. The spent approx 5 hours tearing out the old section of fence and rebuilding. Upon completion, they hauled away all the debris and Brian offered to haul away a large pile of yard waste and brush we had built up in our early spring clean up. I would hire him again due to the work he did on my fence, as well as the reputation for the work with Morrison Fence."

"I have used this company for almost 2 years and they are superb! Responsive, helpful, informative and always there when I need them. I have the invisible fences around the entire parameter of my home and not once has my dog gotten out. He is not afraid but merely stays where he is supposed to?..and he one rowdy Boxer pup! These dogs are so used to this process that my 13 year old dog tried it out and one ?beep? and she was still trained from years ago. We have a fenced in back yard where my older dog goes, but this wild pup jumps the wood fence and goes in front?but no further than supposed to,  <br /> TOTALLY WORTH IT and estimators, installers, trainers and the owner are all so very responsive to my needs. <br /> THANK YOU!!! <br />"
