"These jobs were done almost a year ago. The handymen sent was Tyler. Sanding the wood took the longest time - 4 hours almost with breaks for him. The varnish/paint that he suggested did not work out to be even close to the match and even after I called the office, there were no talks on re-doing the job. The 3 way switch - well he couldn't fix it inspite of spending tonnes of time on it. I can accept that not all electrical jobs can be done but then we shouldn't have been charged for a job undone. The sink - he struggled a lot with it and he was here till almost 8 pm! He struggled fitting the pipes etc and for a while there, we thought that, that was one job that was well done. Well, we were wrong. He botched up that as well since the sink leaks every now and then. So now we have to spend money on someone better to fix up a bad job done by him. We would never hire from this company again - especially given that we had to pay for all the jobs not well done at all."

"We had the Geek Squad out 3 times to repair our dishwasher. It was worse after each visit. The 4th time I called them to try and get it done again they said that our warranty had ran out. But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

"After giving us an estimate of two-three days for the completion of our project, Paul of Protect and Preserve prepared the walls in our laundry room, kitchen, and one wall in the master bedroom where repair was needed. Paul is a master at repair and preparation! The walls look fantastic. He touched up the trim and ran a bead of caulk along the top, giving it a "new" look. "Thomas and John did a wonderful job cleaning our 70 year old slate foyer. It was dirty, dull and stained. The grout was filthy. They arrived promptly at 1:00 and several hours later we could barely believe our eyes! The foyer was gorgeous and restored to its original beauty. They also repaired a broken piece of marble on the hearth of our fireplace. (They are coming back to remove some acidic stains on that, as well.) They left everything neat & tidy after the job was complete. Thomas and John were true professionals....friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable about slate/stone/marble. They explained the process, so there were no surprises. Cost of work was very fair. One more thing, and I think it's an important one - Thomas and John didn't smell like some service people that have been in our home -- no cigarette, marijuana or alcohol odors and not once did we hear any profanity. "Things went great! Jason's price was very fair and he provided great service. His team was punctual every day and ensured we were satisfied throughout the entire process. They not only painted, they spackled walls where previous nails were and even changed lightbulbs for us in the 2 story foyer.  Each day, was a full 8+ hours of painting and many evenings, they worked through the night to ensure we could be in the home by Christmas. The paint used was top quality and they were very cautious around the home, ensuring no spills or messes were made. Jason would communicate if he had any questions (kids rooms had a specific vertical line design) and would also text/call if we missed him that day, to ensure we were pleased the days work.  We anticipate using him in the future, so we had him to take measurements of the basement to complete some drywall repair and painting down there.
